There's an entire city to explore, full of characters that we got one official story out of. But this brings me to the next point:Content creation is slow going, and I say this as a CC. It takes imagination and research and frankly a lot of discipline to finish stories and art that fit within the setting and do it justice. It's not what everyone wants to commit to, or has the time to do. As someone who's been here from the beginning, stuff set in zootopia with zootopia characters isn't as common as it used to be.Zootopia has been an excuse or a cause for lots of people here to get into furry stuff. Zoosonas, most strictly, are characters that thread posters have created that adhere to the design canon and rules from the film. As time went on, many Zoosonas, if not most of them, have simply become fursonas, and a lot of the rules and context that defined them originally has been lost. See Samur, Otterly etc.Pack street is a special case because weaver already had a fan base on 4chan. No matter how long-running or detailed the story is, its disproportionate traction comes mostly from the likelihood that there are more weaver fans than zootopia fans on 4chan. Whether its all-OC cast and setting is sufficiently integrated and respectful of the Zootopia setting is going to be up to your personal taste and standards. It doesn't meet mine, which is why I work on things that are married much closer to the canon.
