i can't believe i'm a freaking essay on a fanfic...

so i read Chapters 5, 6, and 7, and i gotta say Chapters 5 and 7 are both have a lot of hectic(?) moments in them
i just noticed they're structured a little bit similarly: Remmy does his little monologue, things are pretty calm and nice, then a thing happens and ACTION! i'm guessing this was completely intentional.
that moment with the little pup in chapter 5 was cute as heck, i loved that. and when Betty and Al were "fighting" i was just about as confused as Remmy was when it was revealed that it was a show of hierarchy
i genuinely thought they had some beef that the threads never brought up.
the Bug Burga chapter was a really nice and wholesome moment between Remmy and Ozzy, further solidifying his position as best boi in my opinion
and this is where i noticed that Remmy is dense as a fucking brick.
and that's okay, i'm just about as dense as he is anyway

I can see her as maybe being both ambitious and stubborn to a fault. Traits that've helped her a lot in the past, especially given how genuinely smart she is, but bog down things when she tries to help Jack. Maybe she also has dual loyalties on some issues when the ZIA gets involved with them too.

I thought this guy who makes these imagines the girls to be around 8 or 10 as that is the age you start going to school in my country, and the girls have at least a little understanding of what is going on and give permission to the few year older 13-14 Nick to do stuff to them.
