I haven't done commission art in a long time, but Jesus fuck. For one, if I don't know the source material, I don't work in the medium. This artist doesn't seem to know anything about Zootopia other than "furry". But just from an art standpoint, the perspective is shit, anatomy is juvenile, and the whole work is lifeless. They put more work in the lighting color than in the sketching process. If this costed more than $20, you got ripped off.

In image board culture, it's an achievement to predict when a get is coming, and to be the one to get it. The longer the series of number, the more the prestige. By doing that, anon secured glory and honor for zootopia amongst all /trash/men.

It's similar to when /trash/ first started and we were looking for a mascot. I don't remember the get, but someone create a thread leading up to it saying "whoever gets it will decide the new mascot". And the get was a Rarity post. Thus, for the first year Rarity was the official /trash/ mascot. Since then most people have forgotten about it, and I think we've transition to a slobby possom or mongoose girl or something.

Agreed, in general. However, /trash/ doesn't archive and teh thread goes 404 instantly once it drops off page 10. The desuarchive screencap plus the URL allows people to see the finality of the thread after all posting was closed, and also visit the thread to see some of the fun.

Read the other explanations, but I'll add this: predicting the get is one thing. Any post in any thread could have been the get, and there were hundreds of attempts in various threads.

Two things made this epic beyond comprehension: The get was called for the first post of a new thread, and the get was no normal get in any sense of teh word. Straight digits doesn't come around very often. The next will be >>33333333 ... and, each set after that will only take a longer period of time.

Chances are there may never be another perfect get like that on any board, where a perfect run of 8 digits are called as the first post of a new thread. Even if that happens, it may be years and only happen once or twice more.

This was a case where "epic" was, very literally, the true adjective for the event. Kind of sad that the thread didn't have better content. A lot of the posting was wasted by retards.
