Why do so many fanfics have Judy either be genuinely annoyed at Nick's jokes or pretend to? By the end of the movie she openly enjoys his sense of humor without reservation. Hell in this scene she can barely handle her hype for a joke she knows is coming.

You know for me it's really wildehopps the only thing I would want a sequel for...I LOVED Wall-E. But that story felt complete (also because the endcredits were a epilogue at the same time) There is really NOTHING that could mae that world more complete.Same with BOLT. Despite that I ship the dog and the cat, I believe that the system of that world it wouldn't make sense. It's not what the authors aimed for with the story. So there I can accept the non-shippy ending too. I don't have a massive need for them to develop anything more.But Judy and Nick. Their saga feels incomplete... I have heard many people discuss that maybe not confirming the ship IS what helped the fanbase grow so huge compared to the other two that I mentioned. On which case I think someone at the creative team was an evil genious, who knew exactly what will bring people in.I mean, the confirmed ship would've made somewhat more sceptical about a sequel.>Aw... this is just a cash in on the name, Judy and Nick will just have a mediocre adventure, we might get some mild worldbuilding and that's it, maybe get kidsBut this way it does keep me on my toes. You know, what would you like to see if Zootopia becomes a long running franchise?Judy becomming something other than a cop. Yes, there are several different ways Judy could have gone about this goal, and she did have some selfish reasons for becoming a cop, but a good police officer DOES improve the world.
