Just wanted to add to this >>13005306For anatomy "Figure drawing for all it's worth" and "Anatomy for Sculptors" are pretty good, though any decent book on anatomy should do.For figure drawing/gesture practice "Quickposes" and "Line of action" are good websites. There's also a Youtube channel called "Croquis Cafe".Also I recommend to study artists or pieces of art that you like and to try to break them down.And most importantly make lots of drawings, make lots of mistakes, learn from those mistakes and try to challenge yourself and have fun.
