The ex later dies, and Judy breaks down, and Nick had to comfort her while she grieved over her "first love"- hell, originally Sophie wrote it as Judy grieving over her "deepest love" until someone pointed out how dumb that was and suggested for them to change it.

I'm guessing the vicinity of Savannah Central is pretty good, especially Acorn Heights and thereabouts of Baobab Blvd.I really like someone's headcanon that western fringes of the Rainforest district are piss poor, Downtown is a non-residential area, but what about Tundratown? Surely, it would be more expensive because of heating and building cost so it doesn't really make sense for the species not accustomed to cold live there? Maybe Sahara Square is one of the more expensive districts because it's nice and sunny with lovely beaches? But like who would want to live in the northernmost reaches of Tundratown? It's cold, dark, uphill and away from everything, same goes to places like Rainbow Falls or High Road.
