Civilization and sapience for humans is honestly a really short part of our evolution lifetime. Unless there is a situation forcing a species to evolve, say elephants being born with shorter or no tusks due to hunters, it takes a really long time for physical changes happen. Even more so if all mammals gained human-like lifespans, slowing evolution overall. At best, I would see that animals with fur would probably have it thinner and shorter than their feral ancestors, but having natural weapons would be phased out much slower as they aren't as disadvantageous as, say, a predator's diet consisting mainly of meat and their main meat source has gained the ability to fight them off.
