>Zootopia opening weekend in Japan: >Second place with ca. $4mil b/o, after Detective Conan animu, which is a strong result considering their love for domestic production>Reportedly, reception is very positive>Golden Week holiday season begins next weekendHopefully, initial release will help the movie to gather steam ahead of the holiday. It's hard to estimate Japanese market because they're WEIRD, but even if $1bn target is not reached, with over $900 mil b/o/ grossing to date movie will come very close to.Rejoice, for commercial success for once goes hand in hand with critical acclaim and talent. Will we see remergence of beautiful things with talking animals movie heralding a new era in the entertainment industry?
>>82225457Fuck Detective Conan. I don't see the appeal. Seriously. There are far better classic anime out there.
>>82225457Japan probably could have done better on Zootopia if there had been more screens available. Each time I went in the auditorium was sold out.
First for this guy needs a whole lot more love than he's gotten. Stole the fucking show at the start of the movie.
>>82225494Detective Conan is a corpse that has been milked dry to the bone and doesn't seem to being put to rest anytime soon.
>>82225527Who got any fresh webm's of him?
>>82225532how does it stand up to more contemporary fare like Naruto or One Piece?
>Since 1997, there has been an animated Detective Conan movie released during Golden Week each year. With the exception of the first movie, all Detective Conan movies have been among of the highest-grossing movies in the year it was screened in Japan.Whether that quote's true or not, Box Office Mojo seems to be missing numbers on some of the movies in that series, so can't tell for sure.
>>82225702>>82225532I swear, having seen a few episodes...I was sorely disappointed and sometimes even went WTF.Then again, I'm a big CSI, Bones, NCIS, true forensic stuff fan.
>>82225702I would imagine anime being more ingrained in popular culture compared to the West, Japanese have a tradition to watch Conan every year.Bit like trashy movies they always play during Christmas, which nobody likes but everybody still watches.
>>82225729>I'm a big CSI, Bones, NCIS, true forensic stuff fan.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkDD03yeLnU
>>82225753>inb4 go home gamer girl
>>82225738>Bit like trashy movies they always play during Christmas, which nobody likes but everybody still watches.Indeed.
>>82225729I've never seen it, either as Detective Conan or Case Closed. I just find the idea of that Conan vs. Lupin crossover to be interesting, despite not having watched that film either.
>>82225738The same could be said for Star Wars in the west.
>>82225738I'm more interested in their tradition to eat KFC every Christmas.
>>82225788Probably, I myself have only watched revenge of the sith in its entirety so I couldn't possibly comment.>>82225800they have odd habits. For instance, they decided Valentine's Day is something entirely different and eat big white (a lá wedding cake) that day.
>Shitty anime garbage beat Zootopia during it's opening weekWhy is Japanese culture so terrible?
>>82225604No, but we clearly need them.
>>82225811I thought their Valentine's Day was girls give guys chocolates, and then exactly one month later they have the White Day for the guys who got the chocolates to give return gifts to the girls.Unless the animus have lied to me.
>>82225840because their love for local products is unbeatable. Just give it a time, let's see if word of mouth really comes to play
Put this together, because I've always wondered how humans compare to these guys.Since we know that Nick is 4ft tall, this should be somewhat accurate.
>>82225991From the official height charge, wildebeasts are supposedly human height.
>>82225991>Nick that short.Meh, I honestly don't care -- I'd still snuggle him.
Can we just say enough at this point? Movies been out for a while, all that's needed to be said has been said. I don't want to see 5 of these threads in the catalog at one time.
>>82225991You could pick nick up and carry him on your shoulder. That makes me want him all the more badly.
>>82226075For weeks now, there has been only one thread in the catalog at time.Besides we're waiting for this movie to punch through 1 billion dollars and become one of the 3 highest grossing animated films to date.
>>82226075First, there's only one thread.Second, we're posting image files on an image board.
>>82226131Because the movie genuinely deserves it
>>82226075>implying mods would ever allow more than 1 thread to exist

>>82226416>>82226428>>82226436My fanon is still that she's a master thief and is going to have a run in with Nick at some point.

>>82226653It's not like a gun, and she isn't even the one who's traumatized by them.
>>82226674That's what makes it better.
>>82226686How? She wouldn't even care if she put one on, Nick's mother won't care either, all she will be achieving is mentally torturing Nick.
>>82225494Case Closed was a great show, but it's almost 20 years old and the over arching plot is kind of dumb. Not to mention the suspension of disbelief required to accept one encountering murder/attempted murder on a weekly basis in Japan.
>>82226653>>82226616>>82226561>>82226501How dare you. Nicks mother is a noble and upstanding woman, encouraging his son's efforts to break negative stereotypes and become a better version of himself, raising him best she could despite devastating loss of her husband and clearly denying things to herself to make her son's dream happen.Shame on you, lads. I'm genuinely disappointed with you.
>>82226613I wonder if she named her next kid Judy as well.
>>82226828>mfw a year after the movie's events, half the babies in the city are named Judy
>>82226730If Nick had to put one on her it would be a good way of breaking him down.
>>82226859Why would she try to bite him? It's not like muzzles are a stand-in for handcuffs, they're used together.
How can "random blocks of ice floating gently down a channel" be considered an acceptable public transport system
>>82226859Judy muzzling him would have a much stronger effect. If he muzzles Judy, it's playing on his two fears, muzzles and betrayal, but not directly. He would be forcing someone else into the muzzle, but he still doesn't have one on, and he's sorta "betraying" Judy, but he isn't being betrayed, it would effect him, but not as severely. If he's myzzled, that's directly playing on his fear of muzzles, and if he's being "betrayed" that has a mucj stronger effect.
>>82226895Translation? Who's the other qt?>>82226907They probably aren't random, I would guess it's sorta like a lazy river.
>it's a break the Fox's psyche thread
Speaking of cuffs, here Judy whips out a huge panther-sized pair from her assmy question is in a city where she's likely to have to apprehend animals of a wide variety of sizes wouldn't it make more sense for her to be carrying around those plastic cord type cuffs instead, which are much more adaptable form a size perspective?
>>82226952Judy has bottomless pockets on her utility belt. We know she carries around at least one traffic boot on her as well.
>>82225738You mean the movies about Christmas or stuff like Lord of the rings?
Do you think the elephants accidentally step on the rodents a lot?
>>82227073there's shit in the city designed to avoid just that
>>82227106Not really. An elephant reading the newspaper could easily wander by and step on these guys.
>>82227073I'd let Nick step on me if I were a rodent
>>82227133I would expect animals have keener instincts and rodents being more nimble. Plus, if your life depends on it, you'd rather watch your step.
>>82226075>literally "stop liking what I dont like" the postI dont care for Steven Universe, but I dont go in there threads and tell them not to talk about something they like. Same goes for BvS or Capekino threads even when I don't like Capeshit. Hell, same goes for the daily Korra Hate threads. Just hide the thumbnail and go about your business, anon.
>>82225991>clawhauser remains perfect hug material
Bogo could have easily been more angry with Clawhauser for barging in on his play time, but he seemed more exposed than annoyed. I wonde what that means.
>>82227363He truly is. And Bogo is just big enough to hold you in his big strong arms. It's a tough choice between the two.
>>82227456truly a predicament.
The Japanese art is upon us. We have waited and persevered and now it is time.
>>82227597Is there anything I can search on twitter to get it or whatever? What I've found thus far has been a little disappointing.
>>82227645I've had three main tabs open for weeks, searches for "ズートピア", "주토피아", and "닉 주디". After putting it in the search box, make sure to click the Live tab. You'd think clicking Photos would pick up just all the interesting stuff, but it skips a whole lot.Come to think of it, there's probably good stuff in a "ニック ジュディ" search, now.
>>82226678It's sad that I was expecting that to say 'Die CIS Scum' or some other mouthpiece.
I also have a Pixiv search tab open for "疯狂动物城", but I don't know any Chinese so I can't navigate that as well.
What did Nick mean by this?
>>82227830Dunno if this is correct, I read this in a previous thread, but during one point in that I think he said to start 'flailing violently.'

>>82228273I laughed at this. It's funnier that it has any right to be.
>>82225457Out of curiosity, how much did Detective Conan make? I have no fucking idea where to get Japanese box office numbers.
>>82227830>OP is a faggot
>>82228331$11 mil with approx. 940k admissions, better than the previous Conan movie released last year.Remember though it is an established franchise and people watch Conan movies every year in April.
>>82225457>Second place with ca. $4mil b/o, after Detective Conan animu, which is a strong result considering their love for domestic productioI need the freaking source of this because Mojo haven't updated Japan number yet, I want to think Zootopia got more than 908
>>82227396It means he's an adult and was more embarrassed than angry. And he really was working on the missing mammal's case and just taking a five minute mental health break.
>>82228253It kinda makes me wish we were in the 90s so that this would get a cartoon spinoff like every other Disney movie back then.
Are there any other major regions the film has yet to come out in or is the likelihood of hitting a billion becoming slimmer and slimmer?
>>82228406Actually, Mojo article. Also, Inside Out aggregated $36 mil in Japan if that's saying something. Zootopia's opening performed better, so I think minimum estimate would be about $50 mil?I would like to hope it will become highly successful in Japan as well, but it's hard to make an accurate guesstimate.
>>82228475Zootopia's also remarkable because of its consistency; its not a one big weekend and done flick. Give it time. Really we're way higher than I thought anyway so.
>>82228475It has yet to open in Turkey
>>82228520yeah, but BvS scored 6 mil there, so I suppose that would be a realistic estimate for Zootopia as well.
>Waiting for hearthstone update>No ideas of what to draw, that i have the will to do at least>Faith in my ability to art dwindlingGuess i'll just rewatch the torrent until Hearthstone updates.
>>82226741>Not to mention the suspension of disbelief required to accept one encountering murder/attempted murder on a weekly basis in Japan. So what you're saying is, you're an ignorant shit who is unable to just watch a cartoon and understand that reality and fiction are not the same.Good job
>>82228572God damn anon why are you getting triggered so hard? The show is played to death with zero fucking resolution to any plot lines for 10+ years, it gets tiresome.
>>82228215Odd how there's major variation in how sheep's facial features look as you have the normal more animalistic ones and then this kid and bellwether that look more toony.
Don't count on turk roaches, they re going back in time.
>>82228572So what you're saying is that you can't criticize something you enjoy.
>>82228449Ok, thank you. Now I feel depressed, but at least I now the truth.>>82228490Source? Anon source isn't from Mojo, and they haven't updated Japan numbers for Zootopia. 40~50 seems legit, but not okay for the billon.Even in Golden Week, Zootopia have to fight against Civil War... this not gonna end well, I hope the best.
>>82228253Nah, I drew Finnick there right in the middle of the paper, no room to really draw a proper scene. Some other artist should take a shot at that.>>82228566Draw either Nick or Judy in martial art gear.Zootopia has to push it to the limit. Beat the opponents on the ladder to get to the top 3 highest grossing animated movies.

I did like Detective Conan before. I'm not into the classic appeal of it though, and currently I'd rather rewatch The Kindaichi Case Files since it's less kiddie than Conan.
>>82225800Well it's a lover's holiday and not a family one, so maybe eating out is something lover's do and grandpa colonel looks like santa for them.
I like Judy , much better role model than all the previous Disney girls before her, but she's a bunny so they can get away with it.
>>82226050He's a fox. Of course he's short. The movie tries to be accurate to real world animal heights and furs.
Hey /co/, would like Weezer?
>>82229084>Would Nick like Weezer? Why am i so retarded?
>>82229042i like nick probably because hes a fox and i love furry stuff
>>82229044For a fox he's actually pretty tall
>>82226325>three gay foxes>gay
>>82229084can't tell, but where do you think the fox would get enlisted if he was drafted?I'm guessing infantryJudy is more of a pararescue type of person thoughI imagine Clawhauser landing himself a position of quartermaster and Finnick being one of these obnoxious corporals who think nobody respects them.
draw nick and judy coming out of a arcade or carnival. nick won a bunch of shit and judy has nothing
>>82229278He's probably used in gorilla warfare
>>82229084A flashback edition.

Anybody have more than that one picture of the Trinity?I need to mainline some cute foxes.
>>82229147More than pretty tall, I think. According to google a fox at max is ~35 inches long from the rump (not including tail) to the tip of the nose, plus the hind legs are at max 7 inches long, making Nick 6 inches taller than what would be considered tall.
>>82229851doesn't change the fact it performed better than the last year's film and is local numero uno.
So I have a few questions Would Judy take Nicks last name after they are married? Judy Wilde has a nice ring to it ? Where do you think they would have their honeymoon ? Would they spend most of their time cuddling or doing lewd things ? What do you think is Nick and Judys favorite sex position ?
>>82229934Yes, she comes from a traditional family so I imagine so.Some special location they visit in the next film.Cuddling.Doggy (foxy?) due to Judy's primal fetish
>>82229934Judy's: Cowgirl positionNick's: Doggy style
>>82227597Something about a dandelion crown present and Judy loves it and eats it. Fuck me, my japanese sucks.

>>82231059I'm after both Nick and Judy's medium sized ones, and Disney Store only has the minis. Amazon doesn't even have those. My local Clintons had a bunch of Nick's when I went in a couple weeks ago, but when I went back in with the money to get them, they were all gone. Do Tsum Tsum's generally not get re-stocked that often? Or are they just distributed like shit in the UK.
>>82231025eh, i dont see the appeal.however it's hard to get something show accurate, best chance is to find a custom maker
>>82231116i actually don't care for any of the Zootopia tsum tsums. i dont think the original animation style lends itself as well. they dont get restocked as often for whatever reason but they arent nearly as bad as nintendo with their amiibos. youll be able to order the zootopia tsum tsums eventually

>>82231356What?>>82231379Goyim is on to us.
>>82231466*first half of the movie
>>82225991While I get the inital idea is they simply wanted to have it look like regular animals standing up I still feel they fucked it all up. Judy has practically human porportions, most animals suffer from having no legs and looking like retarded midgets, mostly because it seems like they had to extend their arms to look more human for body language so at best they look like dwarves and at worst, all the larger animals look like gorillas
>>82231388Did you even pay attention to how foxes act in the movie? The fox repellent is 100% necessary. The only one that has any real change and becomes a good person is Gideon
>>82231355They have very sensitive touch/pressure receptors on the soles of their feet, both to guarantee safe footing and interestingly enough, pick up seismic vibrations from distant elephants "alert" trumpets.so only during stampede conditions is being stepped on accidentally a risk

>>82231571Ah, I see, thanks.

>>82231624>be a horrible personHis ice pop con really doesn't hurt anyone family. The elephant isn't hurt, mice don't buy from his business anyway. The mice he sells the wood too aren't hurt, they wouldn't accept it if it wasn't structurally sound. The only person "hurt" is Judy who loses her $15, which was purely her own volition anyway.
>>82231624>horrible personYou made him sound like he was doing something despicable. The sheep even looked and acted way menacing than him. Nick's trying to be a bad guy but kinda fails, to be honest.
>tfw you come back to realize your link to the gideon request was hot-pocketedc'mon, really?>>82231721i do agree he might not've really fit in but it was still kinda a snub as even some of the most minor other characters showed up. i would've liked to at least see him looking irritated and bored. maybe even being caught enjoying it...

>>82231597The movie argues that predators are culturally shoehorned into these roles and don't just need people to give them a chance, but need to keep trying to better themselves as well. >>82231856not in any other board i've ever experienced. nor in the drawthreads here before, but that was awhile back i guess. or maybe i was just lucky. tired of this annoying fucking no-fun heavy handed moderation. i miss the old days.
I don't understand why people can't see it. Nick in the first part of the film isn't supposed to be likeable. His bants are top notch, but you seem to have fallen into the trap "I guess I need to root for the protagonist". He's selfish, manipulative, cruel, cowardly and dishonest. It's when we learn as to the reasons why and see he is capable of change we see him in a different light. The story clearly shows both parts perpetuate cycle of prejudices and grudge - and the true life love (inb4 friends) is able to change things for the better. Why would you oversimplifily the message, thus robbing yourself of so much it has to offer?
>>82231953Maybe if you people would actually discuss the movie and not turn it into a m..muh husbando fagjerk everytime. The moderation is well deserved
>>82231900I see your point. Nick as a kit for example had tried to take steps to break stereotypes but the prey kids didn't accept him and stopped him from doing so.
>>82231900>Gideon becoming a decent person wasn't just because of the steps he took himself to grow, but also thanks to how ready to forgive Judy was.But that's just plain wrong. Even if Judy didn't forgive him he still would have gone through all of those changes. Gideon clearly didn't change just because of that one time with Judy, but the new person he became felt the need to apologize. And he kind of dismissed it after a second anyway.

>>82232053He wouldn't have a supplier without Judy's parents and Judy's parents wouldn't have done business with him without Judy forgiving Gideon. Sure, he could still be a gay pastry chef, but he wouldn't be as successful and he might go down the path of hating prey animals for hating him.

She didn't hold a grudge and seemed to dismiss the fight as a stupid thing that happened between stupid kids. Her parents said that they remembered that when Gideon came to them looking for a supplier. Judy helped them overcome some of their prejudice.
>>82232788But Gideon had to change before her parents would have accepted him. They obviously wouldn't have done business with a bully. You're trying to connect two unrelated things. Gideon's change and Judy's forgiveness of his actions are two separate events.

>>82232618people act like the husbando fagjerking only gets out of hand here and desu that shouldn't be moderated, like it or not. censoring people on 4chan is fucking the stupidest shit. and /trash/ is good for posting lewds but splitting threads is bad too and linking between them to preserve the quality of this thread but using /trash/ as a dump like the draw threads on this and other boards is the way it should be done.and squashing oc--just because you (not you personally) don't like it is also shitty. to be honest, the people who complain about fag jerking are only ever shitposting to complain about it, never do you see them actually trying to discuss shit to counteract it. it's not like it's impossible to do that. instead they'd rather complain and roll over and get fucked, then blame it on people for...being people on 4chan. if you don't like the discussion happening try to change it at least. usually people here are up for some good discussion any time. i think it goes against the spirit of 4chan to want moderation to control discussion, beyond incredible amounts of shitposting or going way overboard with something like fox circlejerking.
>>82232748>>82232770>>82232779Ah ok that makes sense.
>>82232840I'm saying that he could have been on bad terms with rabbits. The whole town probably wasn't ready to forgive him for being racist and might not have without the Hopps connection.Of course it's speculative, but this is the movie where one bad cubscout meeting turned a good fox bad.
>>82232779>>82232770>>82232748Would a trademark on the name Zootopia in the context of zoos really be infringed on by a trademark on the name Zootopia in the context of an animated film? Or is it the merchandising that's the problem?

Why can't /trash/ have the lewds and fagjerking? Are you too worried you're gonna miss something? Is this how your life is now?>if you don't like the discussion happening try to change it at least. Why do you assume they don't change it?You seem really mad that you can't fagjerk about your husbando.

>>82232504>>82232513Maybe if you would have stopped talking about how you want to fuck your 40 year old fox nigger husbando we could actually post about things, but because of you the mods have these threads on lockdown. You ruined your own threads, have fun.
>>82233011>I'm just gonna ignore what you said and keep repeating myself>I'm gonna complain about no discussion rather than trying to start discussion
im not proud where i found this.
Why didn't Nick just skip filing his tax returns if he was going to report zero income anyway?
Doesn't anyone else hate Jason BatemanI hate how he was literally the perfect fit to voice act nickPlays the same roles in the same character every time. Even in this movie.
>>82232980I wouldn't let him go in the first place.
>>82233070Why do you think that anon isn't participating in a different discussion? Maybe he's just separating his posts.
>>82232982because two threads = slower threads in general. and while you don't want too much moderation, the amount of moderation on /trash/ is below the level of what you want. i don't assume, i've seen it first hand. instead of starting discussion, people always just shitpost. if you start a discussion that's not retarded people will usually hop in. i mean, it's not 100% but that's the way the world is, you can't control everyone. it's super irritating to try to fill a request, spend a long time working on it, then have it shuffled off to another board to die in obscurity where you aren't even allowed to -link- to it (which i don't know about you, but that's the way it works pretty much everywhere else)>>82233011everyone trying to shit talk about me "fagjerking about my husbando" or talking about how i want to fuck finnick is hilariously retarded because while i'm not perfect, that's definitely not the shit i do. i try to participate in discussions plenty, i draw, and i write for the thread. it's hard to do so because it's fucking moderated to hell. so go fuck yourselves.
>>82232899First off: How was Gideon racist? He didn't single out rabbits, nor did anything else that could be seen racist.Second off: There were a lot of other animals there besides rabbits. Sure, probably not in the numbers we saw of the rabbits, but there were sheep and foxes and tigers and probably a whole bunch of other animals. Finally, I like to think that the pack meeting was the straw that broke the camel's back for Nick. He probably grew up seeing his mom discriminated against all the time, and his extended family would have been facing the same sort of issues. Not to mention any other random fox he would see. It probably was at the pack meeting where he realized that even kids his age wouldn't accept him, not because he did anything or behaved a particular way, but just because he was a fox. So at that point, it wasn't worth the effort to try and change their minds and attitudes, but just go along with it and make due with what he could.

Fact is, Zootopia discussion has slowed down. Whether you have separate threads or not, the traffic is not like what it used to.And I'd rather have /trash/ get all the lewdposting and husbando/waifu jerking. It's much more neater that way, and at least if you feel like looking for lewds or talking lewdly about the fox or bunny, you know where to look/go.And if you want to fill a request and it's slightly lewd, then just post it in /trash/. All lewd requests should just go immediately to /trash/ to look for it.It's like you want to bend things your way just because you can't get the praise you want from the requester.

>>82233844>>82233829ur a faget
>>82233900you made it!want another?
Any notable Japanese news articles?
>>82233676Yea actually. Especially during the sloth scene. It was odd because i almost never hear these fucks laugh in a theater.
>>82233899He/She probably isn't the real one, but people still fall for it
>>82233899>Yes I know that already, that's why I asked for experiences, or possibly a moment where a movie-goer couldn't stop themselves from laughing.Right, sorry. Every account I've seen so far is that nothing cracked the still Japanese facade.>And if you're not posting your comics, why are you namefagging?because some people want to filter me and taking it off would bypass that filter
>>82233829>thinking he's actually WeaverIs this part of the meme?
>>82233823No. /b/ is literally newfag central. Trash has the added benefit that it's hidden so you don't get as much cancer, but the rules are a lot lighter so it's really nothing but cancer.
>>82233953Shit mang I don't know that was hard enough already.
>>82233895No, give me attention.
>>82233867But what could be is their parents being not too happy with it. I mean it took them years before they decided to do business with a fox. Can't think their daughter dating one would go over too well. Nick's mom however seem cool with Nick enjoying the company of Prey.
>It's another weaver threadI hate how one person gets to re-direct an entire thread to be about them instead of the topic of the thread. How many more posts till the MLP porn purge
>>82233969>It was odd because i almost never hear these fucks laugh in a theater. Thanks for reporting, anon. I wonder how they manage it. Some laughter just can't be stopped, you know.I really hate people talking or shouting when watching movies, and I usually stay silent except for some chuckles, but that sloth scene just slayed my theater. The people behind me were crying from laughter.
>>82234016What the fuck am I doing with my life?
>>82234038I think it's pretty hilarious, and there was absolutely nothing going on in this thread just before.Stop bitching like he ruined a good thing.
>>82233843Soooo... It ain't /b/?
>>82234076>nothing going on in this thread just beforeThere was, actually. Nick's morality, something about Gideon, and that one anon assblasted about his art. And anon asking about Japanese people.
Why is Gideon so perfect?
>>82234073waste it on 4chan?
>>82234106Weaver is kinda more important than Japanese people.
>>82234106So only two things relevant, and those two things very stupidly obvious that idiots can't figure out for themselves? How riveting. Now indulge me, how would a weaver comic affect those conversations?
>>82234038he's not even fucking trying, at this point it's his haters bringing most of the attention unto him
>>82234176Or how about we just drop the meta discussion?I have an actual Zootopia related question. There was a pig at the start of the movie who looked an awful lot like the pig at the DMV/prison we see later. Anyone have a pic? It's like a 15 year gap so I doubt that's her at the beginning, but still.
>>82233676>>82233814>>82233899>>Also, I've been meaning to ask this. I know the Japanese are silent when watching movies, but I'm curious whether some of them broke a bit of laughter at any parts of the movie. Any anons in Japan?I don't leave in Japan but I have met some japanese people and I noticed they (and maybe asians in general) concentrate a lot when they do anything, they just focus in one thing and you can't distract them, especially when they are studying or watching a video, they usually doesn't show emotions until they finish. And they laugh very quite.
>>82234231The one at the play?
>>82225457I can't believe this beat Yugioh
>>82234176Hey man, I'm just telling you what was going on. I try not to join on the weaver talk you love so much and truly just ignore it. But to answer your question, I was in a thread where all discussion were just buried. And so what if there were two things relevant? I'd say three things. We're mostly in these threads to know how the Japanese are receiving the movie.
>>82234265Yes! That one. I just remember she looked really cute.
Anyone else voting to MAGA Tonight?
>>82234174PossiblyWould've drawn something in the badge but my tablet isn't connected and I'll have to leave now.
>>82234282Just reuse of the models, anon.
>>82234276>We're mostly in these threads to know how the Japanese are receiving the movie.You.. I try not to join on the weaver talk you love so muchI enjoy talking of Weaver comics, not of bitching people bitching about weaver and him JUST posting his comics.>>82234282I'll see if i can get a screenshot.

>>82234264I've been with very jolly and noisy Japanese and Koreans. They're tourists, mostly. But I haven't noticed watching a movie with them in the cinema.I live in SEAsia, and the audience are much more lenient with rules, and I fucking hate it when the noisy teens are in the theater too.I expected the Japanese to be silent, since a friend told me when he stayed there that the Nips are absolutely quiet during movies, but still I was curious if some of them still broke a bit of a chuckle at the sloth scene.
>>82234357That isn't connected?Oh well just take the long way around via the stairs next to the Wymarzona then I guess.
>>82234345>You.Same thing to you as well. But you're directing your anger to the wrong guy.
>>82234374Results say other wise.

>>82234978>>82235041Eh my bad. I thought the anon was saying he didn't know of the chinese RIP because he was doing art, and I saw the byron-approved signature beside the drawing.>>82235033I hope so too

>>82235099That's really cute. Japan merch?
>>82235151dont know, just browsing ebay.>checked the dance party scene after scenenope, not a trace of finnick, not even silhoulette.*sigh*
>>82235167Why don't I remember seeing this in the movie?
>>82235236It wasn't in the movie.
>>82235236korean promo most likely.they made plenty of these.
>>82235224Browsed ebay weeks ago and I didn't see any of those. I'm thinking they're new from China/Japan/Korea?
>>82235330Post punished Nicks
>>82234793This is gold and also really depressing
>>82235331i dont know. i just repost the more "interesting' ones.
>>82235383Is it just me or is Zootopia one of the most sexualized/adult kids movie they made? Its like they said "fuck it lets make a furry movie in the disguise of a kids movie"
So does this movie have any fans that are actually kids? Or is it like mlp and the majority of the fanbase is made up of teen and adult furfags?
>>82235552Silly anon, there's nothing sexual about animals.
>>82235552It's just one scene at the very end though.
>>82235564well, check youtube, kids unpacking toys after atching the movie because they liked it.>>82235331taobao is also great for finding zootropolis/zootipia stuff
>>82235564It's a Disney movie, anon. Of fucking course it has tons of kid fans. You think it could get to almost 1 Billion worldwide gross on autismbucks alone?
>>82235579well there's this too but it pretty much depends on whether you're a furfag or not
>>82235564Kids aren't "fans" of movies, they might really like the movie, and if their parents get the desk they might watch it a few more times, but they don't follow the movie or look into it, they just like it for a while. Tv shows are different.
>>82235615Man, I really can't stand that 60fps interpolation. It's most apparent around the middle when Nick motions for the door
still not accurate.
>>82235675idk man looks good to me
>>82235675Just wait until the blu ray is out.
>>82235579>Several jokes about rabbits fucking A LOT>The RED WOOD innuendo>>82235552>>82235383and>>82235615>Judy alone is objectively one of the sexiest Disney characters out there.>Nudist scene, deleted scene likely includes nude NickKinda reaching a bit but the Tie pulling is slightly suggestive
>>82235615Nick is boyfriend material, from what I've noticed most normies who like him think he's cute but don't wanna fug him (okay theres a good number of normies like that but not majority)
>>82235740>Nudist scene, deleted scene likely includes nude Nick
>>82235740>red wood innuendo
>>82229278Got me thinking of Full Metal Jacket.Clawhauser would make for a pretty good private Pyle. How the hell did this guy even make it through the academy?>>82235033I can animate that.
>>82235680>Japanese get a 3-foot tall plushit's not fucking fair
>>82235609>You think it could get to almost 1 Billion worldwide gross on autismbucks alone?Absolutly. Kids don't have the attention spans to watch a movie more then once in theaters so they obviously aren't going to go see it more then once before they move on the next obnoxious fad kid thing that is popular. I mean you really think Frozen made all that money on kids going to see it? No; it was the autistic tumblr tards
>>82235740>ucking A LOT>>The RED WOOD innuendoohhhhhhhhhhhh... another joke lost in translation.ffffuck.>>82235747>tfw cucked by a cartoon fox>>82235774damn love here eyes "wtf u doin?">>82235784would be nicei dont mind stray pixels.
>>82235784Because he's like all fat cops, anon. He USED to be fit. But you only have to pass a single fitness test, and after that he just laid on the doughnuts.
>>82235784Maybe he never did, or maybe he was /fit/ in the past.
>>82235033I've got the gif version of this at home. I'll post it in half an hour or so.
>>82235820Is Nick a Chad?

>>>/trash/2510639Random polls m8s
>>82235718He's right thoughAnd the bluray isn't going to change that the movie wasn't made at 60 fps
>>82235897>Nick is a red fox>Wood is a slang term used to refer to a hard dick>"Red Wood. Wood that is red." He says as he taps a popsicle stick, roughly the color of his coat, into Judy's clenched hand.
>>82235921This desu, if he was straight it just wouldn't be fair
>>82236001>straight it just wouldn't be fairfor who? gays or women?
>>82235977Also, red rocket
>>82236014Straight men. The joke is that Nick is too stiff of a competition.
When was that referred to in the movie though?
>>82225502Japan has the superior plushies.
>>82236065Red wood? The pawpsicle sticks. Red rocket comes from the fact that canine penises are red.
>>82236120Nick is a fox though
>>82236169Which are canines.
>>82225532I remember being into that YEARS ago, when I was a kid ... I was shocked that they're STILL churning it out, how many murder mysteries can there be?Especially since each mystery needs a setup and suspects, so a whole load of characters we're going to get rid of in a few chapters. I remember, the books started to bother me because you'd see character designs and traits recurring. With so many cases it's unavoidable.
>>82236219There are 814 episodes right now
And all done.
>>82236049The competition isn't the only thing that's stiff
>>82236247>the simpsons only has 593>gunsmoke has 635>but THAT has fucking 814Jesus
>>82236219>>82236247At this point, if they ever let him age back up again it will be the event of the fucking decade for Japan.
>>82236470well, if you like detective stories, you can go super far with them. though the worst part of conan is that the main plot never, ever even pretends to advance.>>82236400gideon is cute
