>Savage predators have only appeared in Zootopia city and nowhere else>Somehow "biology" and "DNA" is still to blameI guess the master plan also relied on everybody being absolute fucking retards.
>>82139227>Savage immigrants appeared in Europe and nowhere else>only Europe treats them like fucking snowflakes while other places put them in their placeSeems pretty accurate to me
Muslims are all violent, even though violent Muslims come from the same places as poor people and other violent religious people. It's meant to parallel real life and how an idea with no traction often takes off.

Jack Savage > NickYou know it to be true.
>>82139227>Movie is based around and centered on Zootopia >Try to find plothole by expanding the setting to areas that don't exist You didn't think this through, did you?
Prey didn't really care. They felt their lives where in danger and was willing to fuck over all Predator to keep them safe.
>>82139410haha noI want that love triangle doe
>>82139410>jack becoming third wheel in the sequeloh shit, it's the Rescuers Down Under all over again!
>>82139410You do know if they did try to make a love triangle every shipper in the world will draw his death over and over again right? Nick x Judy is too fucking strong to try to break them up.
>>82139439>>82139455copypasted directly from what some anon wrote in the other thread, involves a lot of the old plotlines >Zootopia 2>One mysterious super thief is going around stealing jewels, stuff from museums, etc>Special agent Savage comes around, the striped rabbit guy to solve the case>Judy and Nick get attached to him>Savage constantly hits on Judy, who finds him attractive and suave, making Nick uncomfortable and jealous, unable to tell her his feelings>Nick gets a call from his mother who opened up an amusement park called Wilde Times! Invites the new team to see it>Nick's mom tries to get him to quit being a cop and join her>Meanwhile Savage turns up the charm on Judy>Nick gets super jealous, takes his mom up on her offer>Investigation continues>Judy starts getting annoyed with how tryhard Savage is>Break in the case, turns out the master thief is a fox!>Thief turns out to be Nicks mom, she uses the successful amusement park as a way to launder the money>Nick gets lured back into the life of crime until Judy finds him helping his mom steal priceless objects>Nick has to choose between his Mom and Judy

>>82139517I don't want to feel another anon feel ridiculed, but this is really, really bad. It's not "so bad it's good", it's not even the cliché he said it is.It's just poor writing.
>>82139410>That trigger disciplineNoAlsoJust no to the whole post
>>82139517I'm not that big of a fan. One I don't think Disney can write love triangles well. And two I rather their relationship doesn't get crazy. Just have them sweetly develop while tackling a case. Let us see more of the different areas we either haven't really seen or glossed over like Sahara Square. I feel having a movie involving their relationship would hurt the movie than anything. Just have them say cute things together and I prefer Judy make the first movie because that goes more with her character than Nick who is more willing to joke around.
>>82139227How do you know that bellwether didn't have minions in other cities shooting up predators with nighthowler? It probably wasn't just her and the three rams that were in on the scheme.
>>82139517Classic lazy Disney/Hollywood.
>>82139410I'm more of a Nick fan, but I'd still nibble his carrot.I've seen some anons suggest bringing him on for the sequel, with a whole love triangle deal. Honestly, I'd prefer it if it was instead done where Judy is utterly frustrated by the fact that Jack just isn't that impressed with her being the first rabbit cop, culminating with Nick pointing out how much of a prick Jack is being for not acknowledging that Judy is amazing in her own way.But then, I just like seeing Judy getting the wind taken out of her sails.
>>82139455I had a crush on Jake when I was younger.probably why I have a thing for anthro guys with big footpaws
>>82139815Is this canon
>>82139517>101 yearswhat do you mean by this?also:found new merch in local SMYK, it even has Zootopia instead of Zootropolis in the corner.
>>82139816I don't think they would go that route with the whole "woman needs man's approval" thing whether or not that was the point. At least the resolution wouldn't be Nick standing up for her.Besides, i'd rather Nick be the focus of the sequel anyway. Perhaps Jack is making moves on Judy and Nick doesn't like that or something.
>>82139516>Nick x Judy is too fucking strong to try to break them up.You make it sound like it matters to shippers.
>>82139816I think we ourselves are falling into sequel trap. Where we feel the need to add conflict to something that really shouldn't. I rather Nick and Judy not have anyone around that put their relationship in danger. Since the movie would spend too much time on that instead of the rest of the world.
>>82139891Read the paper. Hopps members have long lives
>>82139891One of the articles is about a bunny thats 101 years old
>>82139946He was the original protagonist of what became Zootopia
>>82139955>>82139932i really need blueray now.
>>82139946The lead character from the very first pitch of the movie. Jack savage. The movie was gonna be called Savage Seas. But in the original pitch, only the opening act actually took place in the city, the rest of the movie was on a boat. They felt the city was the most interesting part of the pitch, so they wrote up a new script that became proto-zootopia.And the rest is history
>>82139918Fair. I wasn't trying to go for the "woman needs man's approval" thing, but I now see my suggestion does fall into that trap.>>82139946Star-Lord, man.
>>82139816>with a whole love triangle dealWhat made the first movie great was that there was no love triangle.
One of the weird things in a lot of these fan arts is how lightly they treat blood loss in them. Let me remind you that humans as it's own species has 4 separate blood types that can and can not work with each other and giving someone the wrong type of blood can literally kill them. Now imagine you live in Zootopia where an untold number of different species live. It's infeasible that they have blood banks fully stalked with every species blood available for transplants if someone bleeds out. Even more infeasible that they'd have them in ambulances, ready to give in an emergency. Blood also goes bad after being stored for a certain amount of time, which means keep stalk of blood is even more difficult. Now considering the fact that Rabbits literally breed like rabbits in this movie, Judy is far more likely to have a decent safety net in case she gets injured and bleeds a bit too much, but Nick and his mother were the only foxes of their type we saw in this movie. With such a sparse population, if Nick gets injured and bleeds too heavily, he's pretty much fucked
>>82139946Jack was Nick before Nick was Nick>>82139918>perhaps Nick doesn't like Jack hitting on JudyI'd be upset is someone hit on my wife too>>82139816>those back scarsgiving me sensations
>>82140033there was no love at all.>A fox and a Bunny.yeah, that's heresy.
>>82140038I was brainstorming shit like this with another anon a few days ago, was fun. Keep going, anything else in-world you can think of that would be logistics hell?
>>82140043Well presumably they wouldn't actually be together at that point. But yeah, personally I think a love triangle is a terrible idea here. I don't want there to be that kind of drama with them getting together. Maybe drama from how society sees them, but not the kind that comes from other love interests.

>>82139785Why would Bellwether's influence extend to other cities? She's just a mayor, she's not the state governor or anything.
>>82140038The animals probably all have compatible blood.
>>82140038>It's infeasible that they have blood banks fully stalked with every species blood available for transplants if someone bleeds out.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenotransfusion#Veterinary_xenotransfusionIt's also infeasible that a city can support 15 different unsealed environmental systems but yet we see multi-story walls of snowblowers and heaters The word is "stock" not "stalk"

>>82140123She probably became the assistant mayor just to advance her scheme. Her whole plot probably took years of planning and collaboration, who's to say there aren't other sheeps in government positions which may be working with her?

>>82140117Promoting anti-WildeHopps slander is heresy, anon
>>82140123Zootopia is basically New York City. And while the mayor there doesn't have much influence outside of the state the mayor has a lot of power for the whole state plus some touching states like NJ.
>>82140198i dont dismiss this idea, bunny as a spy is a great concept, because in zootopia no one would expect a bunny to be something more than carrot farmer.
>>82140123>She's just a mayor, she's not the state governor or anything. Not yet. You'd be surprised how easily some people can move from being mayor, to governor, to VP candidate.
>typical slick hitting on Carrots>not being told to fuck off immediatelyI don't think a lot of people realise Carrots' tremendous force of will and iron resolve. She turned down a golden opportunity to become a celebrity cop handed to her by her chief and the mayor, which would be a crowning achievement of her hard work.Instead, she doesn't give in to temptation of fame but instead follows her own code by doing what she feels is right.Any lesser being would probably rationalise how they're going to fix everything with newfound powers or just cut off the troubling thoughts and enjoy the glory. Her convictions are strong, pure and genuine. Spybunny would be told to fuck off within 0:15 seconds of contact.
>>82140073Well, another thing I'd like explored is the diversity of fish and insect farming as allowed by having multiple specialized species that can do the work.I'd assume fisheries would be much different places since you have Platypy, Otters and Seals who can manage them both in and out of the water.I'd also wonder which species of animals would have become type cast as Insect Farmers, in how rabbits were type cast as Carrot Farmers.Honestly, it'd be neat if there was some kind of "Farmers Guild" meeting that Judy's parents have to go to and you get to see them interact with all the other types of farmers and they all talk about that one kid in families trying to be special. All their "Judy's"
>>82140127Nah I don't think it's because he wanted to gain more points from Lasseter. It seems like the core for the pitch that stayed in the final movie is someone doing something opposite to what they are expected to do. A bunny as a spy/adventurer going on the seven seas is something that you do not expect from a bunny. He's also a big fan of noir films. Spies and detectives and shit like that. You should listen to him and Rich talk about their favorite noir films.

>>82144404I was in a funk because of it too. Then I realized that what bothered me are the facts that a) Nick had such a clear and achievable goal of becoming a cop, and b) an extremely close friend. Of course, this being a cartoon, there's nothing wrong with it. They're cliches, if anything. But the problem is, they did remind me of my lack of purpose and of belief in a cause, and my isolation and loneliness. These feels, I didn't ask for them. I watched this movie to try to get away from them.

>>82144893This meme of Gideon not being gay is hilarious
>>82144820I was pretty down after seeing it because I was surprised how much I liked the movie and how it felt like a good movie instead of just trying to be silly for kids. There was no shitty little snowman who didn't need to exist, no pointless trolls singing, the only song there was used as a background tune for the intro to city itself and the end credits. So I was in a funk because I really want Nick and Judy to get together in a sequel and that if there is a sequel it may not come out for another 4 years. I'm glad they didn't shoe horn in a romance in this movie since there's a lot going on and as much as I loved it as a whole the ending did feel a little rushed. The Sloth scene also felt like it went on for just a bit too long but at the same time I feel that was intentional, even if I didn't adore it. Still made me laugh a few times. Seriously if Judy and Nick don't hook up in the sequel I'm going to be pissed. Maybe cry. Probably not though. I'll cry a lot.
