>>81679900Yeah, Wilde Times was just such a good idea, but the collar system was inherently flawed. What do you think it would take to make it work? Perhaps if they instead of a shock, utilized a sedating drug it would be less viscerally horrifying? Make it a chip under the skin, removing their visibility? I mean, their status as predators is always apparent, but the collars are admittedly somewhat distracting.

I need his charming smile and delicate, communicating eyes to luster at me when he sees me. I need his love and his protection. I want him to hold me in bed and feel his warm paws' touch on my chest, riding up to my neck as I let out a soft moan. I want to playfully ruffle his fur and leave it a mess and slightly giggle at how silly I made him look. I want to run my fingers along his body fur and feel his long, slender, slightly muscular figure beneath it. I want to hear every last delicately quiet prickling sound of his fur snapping back into place as I run my hands along it. I want him to love me and know that he will protect me and hold me close, despite that we are both guys.

>>81680599There's room for a lot of crazy. From the creepy."the way to a man's heart is through his stomach." In which Judy invites Nick to a dinner of her own making and is surprised when she serves them both a dish rich in bug-meat. But not as surprised as he is when he goes to the dumpster and sees a big empty syringe that was obviously used to draw blood recently. Hers. The violent.Nick and Judy chase after a Jaguar. The jaguar throws a glass bottle at Nick and injures him, making him lag behind. Nick tells Judy to go ahead and chase the suspect. It takes a minute but eventually Nick catches up and finds that the suspect is already in handcuffs. And screaming. Judy claims that the suspect fell while she was chasing him.Nobody believes the Jaguar's claim that the tiny Bunny broke his kneecap with a kick. The proper and lawful. Judy goes straight to Bogo with a standarized form declaring that her and Nick are now involved in a personal relationship. It is not against departmental code as they are the same rank, and as long as they maintain a professional workplace relationship. That the bunny wanted their relationship public is news to Nick. And he certainly doesn't recall being the one to sign under his name in that form.Meeting the parents. The usual "Nick visits Bunnyborrow and meets Judy's parents story". The third day, once they are on more friendly terms, Stu pulls nick aside for a "Man to man" conversation."Listen, Nick, there are... aspects of rabbit relationships which aren't spoken of in mixed company. If you catch my meaning. Seeing how serious Judy and you are, it is only fair that you hear it from me the way I learned it from my own papa. It's... well... Like a quirk. A quirk that rabbit women have when they find a rabbit man they really fancy. Some instincts that tell women how to make sure their husband doesn't run off on them and their hundreds of children. Presumably they are following the Lion King model in which even a lion can thrive eating juicy bugs.>>81682129You are right, but I meant to imply that Nick would only suspect she had fed him her blood, but that Judy would never admit it. And Nick would eventually feel silly for thinking like that. He did enjoy the meal very much. And Judy would be much more careful the next time she cooked.
>>81682421Oh absolutely.I'm sure a bunch of people working on it felt that they were making a leftist film, but honestly you can see the whole predator v. prey thing as an allegory for men (predators) and women (prey) w. Bellweather acting as the queen feminist. It's very balanced and you can see what you want in it.All of this is coming from a guy who was saying conservatives should skip it initially because I hate Disney as a company and saw this as furry propaganda (also other conservatives boycotted HTTYD2 for far less) -- but now actually love the fuck out of it. But seriously though what does this woman who wrote the article want out of animation or 'kids movies?"
Why are animal pants rules so inconsistent?

But that's the whole damn point to begin with! Kids need to have those kinds of experiences early on in life, and what better place to have those experiences than in a place where mom and dad are right next to you for support and a shit load of good snack food?I mean if they don't get exposed to this kind of stuff they'll be playing catch-up with everyone else like myself and 90% of the people who are on 4chan right now.

Most gay people (hell, most straight people now) can't seem to fucking settle down and he has. Even if I'm not sure how I feel towards gay stuff anymore, I do sort of appreciate that at least he's been loyal and stuck with one person for that long. In this day and age that's fucking impressive. Also>movie gave me homolust for Nick, and with him being gay and writing the character it all makes sense
>>81682574But that's the thing, anon. Nobody knew that Byron was gay until he outright said it in the documentary. And yet, he's been married to a dude for almost 30 years.I think the era of the faggot representing gay people in media is over. >>81682977>Film came out in UK literally 2 weeks agoBritfags to blame again I see. At least the Japanese release will hopefully bring about top-notch art instead of cringe.
>>81682875You don't have to be on the spectrum to be an idiot. Sometimes you're just an idiot.
>>81678128>>81677652For some reason I find the "deebly goncerned" crop really cute though.
>>81682970I think earrings on men are gay, so I can't help you there anon.
>>81682902No of course not, it only shows that you are a real artist. And maybe yeah that you are a faggot too :^)
>>81682999>Factposting with repeating digitsNigga, I know we're at bump limit right now. But I just want you to know that if we weren't I'd be posting that sweet Nick Pacha that was drawn from the ground up just for you.
>>81682427>>81682463I can tell this artist has never done a chin/pull up in their life.
>>81683025>"REAL"First off, that's a retarded assertion.Second, anon, part of the issue with the original concept was that it WASN'T "real". The ridiculously dystopian nature of Sun City made it impossible for anyone to really relate to it. The rules of that city were so illogical that no one could possibly believe that such a city would exist. A city that stupid and illogical is just plain beyond saving.
>>81682923thanks for the pep talk anoni am trying to do betteror should i say i am doing better
>>81683086We can just do a dance. Nothing too bad.
>>81682923This is just plain fucking retarded.Recognizing your own faults and then actively working on improving upon them is how you get better.Being a piece of shit while telling yourself "I'm a good person" will only make you a worse person.I guess you think people with cancer or other terminal illnesses should stop getting them treated and just keep saying "I'm healthy" to themselves instead.
>>81678670HHHHHHHHHOOOLY SHIT. That's how you know you're dealing with MASTER writers and animators. My hat is off. Good show, Disney. Good show.
>>81683189It's not that clever, calm down.
>>81682813I think it's legitimate - I enjoyed the movie for what it was, but I can't see myself specifically searching for anything lewd relating to it.
>>81680713Well, except that he said "A ram named Doug" instead of "His name is Douglas". Aside from that, ok.
>>81678670anyone gonna call that number?
>>81683189I mean i dont disagree that they are great but thats pretty basic as far as foreshadowing goes
>>81683189Please, anon. The bigger detail was that Doug was both the sheep that almost ran over Nick in his first appearance and the sheep reporter that publicly linked preds to go going savage. He was also hiding next to the flower shop to watch Weaselton pull the robbery.
>>81683246555 numbers don't work in the US
>>81683246Its a 555 numberIt doesnt go anywhere sadly
>>81683149The rules of the city weren't that illogical...it just was so unlikable because it was too dark and they wanted people to fall in love with the city before seeing that bias. The problem of people not relating does not make it stupid or illogical, that was the biggest fault of the original--the early viewers were too turned off by the darkness. Probably more realistic than the version we got to be honest. The world is not a pretty, fun place in all reality. It's rough, it's shitty, it's dirty.
>>81682626I have my fair share of fetishes but fucking these p u r e characters is not one of them

>>81682749He's emotionally stable, and despite his past, he manages to not let it dominate his life. >>81683172Wow you missed the point of what he was saying entirely.
>>81683172Theres a difference. One is self pity, the other is an honest assessment of yourself. Self Pity is the kind of emotion that feeds off of itself and can consume you.

>>81683298They changed the formula because they couldn't understand why Nick would ever want to save a city that shitty. They wanted him to run away from the city rather than save it.And that kind of ridiculous dystopian culture doesn't exist anywhere, nor could anyone possibly relate to it. Most people watching it would have a hard time coming to terms with how retarded it is. Giving shock collars to a portion of the population just for existing? In the 21st century? That's stupid as hell.
>>81683390And that's why the Chinese and Koreans love him so much. He really is the perfect husbando.
>>81683298I would argue that the version we got is more grounded in real life than the proto version. At least in terms of first world countries.Aparthieds dont exist in the US but bigotry of all levels doesFor the message they are trying to make, the change was a good one.Id even argue that protozootopia shouldnt try to have a moral if it were to be made because its not really that grounded in current first world realities
>>81683415You're pretty weird, Anon.
>>81683025The "real Zootopia" would be the Zootopia that got made, Anon.
>>81683391If it takes finding out that they're gay to warm up to gay rights I don't really think it's insulting to say they're pretty fucking slow on the uptake.
>>81683478I'm well aware, but I'm somewhat glad Zootopia, among other things, have been helping me to become a more functioning member of society.
im gay for nick i wish i had a nick bf
>>81683516Still if the are moving in the right direction, insulting them about it seems counterproductive
>>81680101One possibility, the collars use a dampening field of some sort, an 'aggression inhibitor' that makes the wearer more passive and non-threatening. That makes them seem less overtly cruel, but still emphasizes that the devices exist as a means of controlling predators.
>>81683457If they made the first movie, they'd have to do a few things. 1: have it end with N&J driving off into the sunset, away from the city and never look back2: Not end it with some pontificating as if this city is modern america and we should all feel bad and learn a lesson here.
>>81682783Just be glad it's happening, anon.
So, what should the next thread's topic be?
>>81683543>among other thingsWell don't leave us hanging.
>>81683478>That>WeirdYou've got some shitty standards for weird.
>>81683546>>81683598>>81679117Thinking of Him~
>>81683601Well i think such an ending would probably be sad for judy. She is trying to be an upstanding cop, her just throwing it all away to run off with nick would just be giving up.Not necessarily saying that would be a "bad" thing, but Nick would get more out of that ending than Judy
>>81683629About the Bunnyburrow sect.
>>81683659If you aren't fapping to weird shit every night, or are actively trying not to, you're one weird motherfucker to me.
>>81683653Oh hey I proposed that one last night.Seconding this.
So uh, yesterday a drawfag said he was gonna do some stuff. I've been gone all day, did he end up posting anything? I heard something about cuddling Nick on the couch?
>>81683676Proto-Judy was a seasoned cop who had become acclimated to the city. This would be her opening up to Nick and seeing how crappy the city really is. The ending is her choosing between him and the city.
>>81683676The original Sun City was a shithole, anon. Trying to be an upstanding cop there would be like trying to clean an old sewer with a 1 liter bottle of disinfectant. Living in a city like that is probably what made her racist in the first place.
>>81683516You missed the point. People open up their minds because of different experiences and at different times. Insulting them because they didn't do it "the right way" (according to you) is counterproductive, and might drive them back to their previous mindset.>t. conservative catholic who doesn't give a shit about gay marriage
>>81683728This would be bittersweet too, but what if Judy stays while Nick leaves? It would be aomething of a casablanca ending too if they were in love but split up
>>81683635Undertale.I have no shame.
>>81683724It was Chumpyuno, yeah. He posted one picture. I'll repost it next thread.
>>81683759Original Sun City depended on what you were. Prey lived in perfectly fine conditions while predators lived in a ghetto.
>>81683390His emotional trauma also has to do with it. He is damaged, he has not had an easy life, but he has always made the best of it and managed to accept it with a smile rather than becoming a trainwreck. It shows he is emotionally robust and can deal with hardship, which is an attractive feature.
>>81683423>And that kind of ridiculous dystopian culture doesn't exist anywhereNorth Korea? Parts of Africa? Old USSR, parts of it now, there's a lot of shit cities that people would rather run from than save it.They couldn't relate to it, no. They'd have a hard time relating to it and coming to terms with how much despair is there, yeah. But how "retarded it is"? Probably not. And we're also not living in a society of those kinds of animals where their past is eating eachother. You aren't wrong about all of what you're saying but the stuff you're close to being right about you're saying it in a retarded way. >>81683457I think the message could've still been there but there would need to be some kind of resolution beyond them running away. There were a lot of glaring issues with the original but it being "retarded" was not one of them.
>>81683676ProtoJudy being an upstanding cop would be requiring her to enforce Apartheid like >>81677784. Her arc in the movie would have been to realize how shitty that actually was and have her reject it.
>>81683782Oh wow, that would get me.
So, real talkHow do y'all come to terms with the fact that we love this movie because it's about getting a job you love and freeing yourself from emotional isolation
>>81683873Because I've constantly been trying to chase my dreams despite the world shitting on me and trying to hold me back. It's pretty inspiring tbqh.
>>81683832Those people most definitely wouldn't be watching this movie.
>>81683873I love this movie because the animals are cute and Nick and Finnick give me a boner desu
>>81683843I just cant see Judy abandoning it. I think shed see that as giving up. If there was any sign it was fixable, i figure she would stay to try
>>81683780I guess you're right. If a lighthearted 1 hour 45 minute Disney movie is enough to make you go from being put-off by gay stuff to going full-homo, I can see how you might be easily influenced enough that someone poking fun at you on the internet would be enough to sway you back in the other direction.
>>81683832They took the beta to some guy at Pixar and the feedback they got was that they didn't really want Nick to save the city. Nick hated that city, and since they were seeing the city from his eyes, they felt inclined to hate it too. They wanted him to run away. Running away isn't an entirely satisfying ending, but neither is trying so hard to save a city that you clearly hate living in.I could understand. Like if I were living in a city I hated, would I bother going into politics or whatever in an effort to make it a better place? No, I'd just move to another city. If I hated a city, I wouldn't feel like it's worth my effort to do anything for it.
>>81680179too good. You make scripts first or draw off the top of the head.?I was predicting that the reason they were there would finally appear and they would of had to of gotten on with their job leaving judy in a blue balled state of confusing arousal
>>81683832But "dystopias are bad" is such a simple aesop. Nobody would disagree with it.The idea that everyone can be biased in their own way is a more difficult and relevant moral
>>81683780>tfw a Disney movie does more for equality than all pride parades put together
>>81683962Fucks sake Anon, do you understand what a "Tipping point" even means?
>>81684027The liberal media agenda is real, anon.
>>81683923I don't think they need to, that anon (you?) said that type of dystopian city doesn't exist in reality, I was just pointing out some examples of where it does/did. >>81683974I know. I'm not saying it would've worked, it had glaring issues but that's not my problem, I'm not arguing with you at all. >>81680764Kek. This is hilarious
Why can't we just let this thread peter out until the next one
>>81684094Bump limit, lad. This thread will die on it's own no matter how much or how little we post on it.
>>81684027Seeing as how pride parades revolve around "I love dick look at me deal with it hater", I can see why the subtle approach might be more effective.
>>81684077I think he just meant within the scope of 1st world countries. Although with China, that's also debatable.
>>81684094Why does it matter? Conversations almost always reset when the new thread happens
>>81683984>too good. >>81667506I was wondering if you could make one for a zootopia fan.Judy barging in to Nick’s trailer saying that SHE is missing (holding a newspaper that says Gazelle missing because as title and sex scandal!??? On the bottom of the title) only to be shock that Gazelle is in Nick’s kitchen table eating a bowl of cereal wearing only nicks shirt and panties. Gazelle saying that Nick is in the shower he will be right out.
>>81684186It's pretty darn fun, thank you for making it!
>>81684250I like the idea that Nick and Gazelle knew each other as kidsBut i dont like this
There are bigger, darker implications of the original Sun City concept. For instant, we know that, just like in the real world, prey animals greatly outnumber predators by a huge, huge margin. Even if Nick left Sun City, would he really have anywhere to go? The dominant opinion among prey species would most likely be that preds can't be trusted. Would going somewhere else really make things better for him? Wouldn't things be the same for him no matter where he goes?We don't even know if the shock collar thing is limited to Sun City or not. It's very likely that other cities would have similar systems in place. Some might even be worse. The best possible outcome I could think of is if there were some small, closed off community somewhere put together exclusively by predators with a no prey species allowed rule in place. But that wouldn't really be much better. It'd be more along the lines of a refugee camp than anything.Or maybe there could be a hippie town somewhere consisting of predators and prey species who consider the whole "keeping preds down" schtick to be stupid.
